Earth Hour 2018

Earth Hour

On Saturday, March 24th between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m., turn off your non-essential lights for one hour as a symbol of your commitment to our planet and nature.

Earth Hour is the world’s largest grassroots movement for the environment in which millions of people, businesses and governments around the world and turn off their lights for one hour to symbolize their leadership and commitment to finding solutions for environmental issues.

Earth Hour is just one of the many initiatives that Hydro Ottawa supports in order to increase awareness of the benefits of electricity conservation. We promote conservation, so that customers understand the value of conserving electricity every hour of each day.
