Home Energy Reports Have Ended.
On March 21st, the Ontario Government announced a number of policy changes that directly impact Hydro Ottawa’s energy-efficiency programs and how they are delivered, including Home Energy Reports. These personalized emails provided information on electricity usage and costs as well as ways to save energy. Due to the recent changes, Home Energy Report emails have been discontinued.
Online billing (E-Bill notifications) are not impacted by these changes. If you are currently registered for online billing, you will continue to receive your electricity bill notification by email.
Hydro Ottawa continues to offer other ways to monitor your electricity consumption and save.
