Starting September 21, 2020, Hydro Ottawa will be undertaking a project to install underground lines, a primary pedestal installation and the replacement of a transformer on the north side of Beaverbrook Road. This work is necessary to maintain the reliability of the electrical distribution system in your area.
Planned power interruptions are expected to occur as a result of this project, all affected residents and businesses will be notified of any planned power interruptions in advance. Our qualified staff and contractors will conduct this work safely and efficiently, ensuring that any inconvenience is minimal.

Customers impacted by power interruptions will be contacted by Hydro Ottawa at least 72 hours prior to the power interruption taking place, by phone, text or email. A planned power interruption notification will be posted on the Hydro Ottawa website and customers will also be notified if the power interruption is to extend beyond the original duration time. In case of adverse weather, the power interruption may be rescheduled.
