With a few taps or swipes you can easily manage your account or services:
- sign up for alerts and notifications;
- monitor your electricity usage;
- report an outage;
- view your account balance and make a payment;
- open, close or update an account; or
- submit a service request.
Open to residential and commercial customers, as well as those without Hydro Ottawa billing services, the app allows users to sign up to access a number of services and tools.
New features and functionalities will be rolled out in phases over the course of the year.
How to Get the App
The Hydro Ottawa app can be downloaded for free through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
Once the app is downloaded, you can login using your email address or via social login such as Facebook, Gmail and Apple ID.
