It’s essential for Hydro Ottawa to acquire the appropriate Land Rights including easements and/or common element agreements for the purpose of maintaining, upgrading or replacing its distribution equipment. Hydro Ottawa land rights requirements and conditions have been clearly stated in our Condition of Service Document required by the Electricity Act 1998.
