Knoxdale-Merivale Ward and River Ward - Underground infrastructure installation project

Starting September 2026,  Hydro Ottawa will begin the installation of underground infrastructure in your neighbourhood. This critical infrastructure is essential for maintaining the long-term stability of the electrical distribution system in the area. The project has an estimated completion date of December 2026. Below are the details:

Impacted streets: Argue Drive, Falaise Road, Farm Gate Crescent,  Fisher Avenue, Four Season Drive, Homestead Street, Old Country Gate, Valley Ridge Street, Normandy Crescent, Shadetree Crescent and Viewmount Drive
Project start date: September 2026
Project end date:  December 2026
Contractor on site: Lourenco & Botelho Inc.
