What to do if your issue hasn’t been resolved
If your issue hasn’t been resolved to your satisfaction, you can ask to speak with one of our supervisors. If our contact centre is receiving a high number of calls and a supervisor isn’t available, they will contact you within one business day.

Our Customer Service Team can address most customer concerns. But if you speak with a supervisor and feel that your issue still has not been resolved, you can request to have the matter escalated to our Customer Liaison Office by filling out the form below. They will review your case in detail and contact you within five business days.
