Get an email notification when your bill is ready. View your full bill as a PDF, with no login required.
Hassle-free payments
We offer pre-authorized payment plans to make bill management easier for your business. If you’re a small business customer, you can also take advantage of an equal monthly payment plan.

Reporting outages
You can report outages online through MyAccount, the Hydro Ottawa mobile app, by texting “OUT” to PWROUT (797688), or by calling us at (613) 738-0188.

Sign up to receive outage alerts directly to your phone via SMS/text or to your email through MyAccount.
Electricity rate selection
Choose the electricity rate that best meets your business’s energy needs: Time-of-Use, Tiered or Ultra-Low Overnight.
