Yes. If you close your account and have a credit balance, we’ll mail a refund to the billing address or the forwarding address listed on your account within 21 business days of your final bill. We do not refund balances under $5 by mail. But we can apply a credit to an active account in your name.

If a pre-authorized payment is returned for non-sufficient funds, a returned payment charge will apply. Your plan may be suspended until the balance is paid. If you need help, contact us before your next due date to discuss your options.
