Reporting outages 

You can report outages online through MyAccount, the Hydro Ottawa mobile app, by texting “OUT” to PWROUT (797688), or by calling us at (613) 738-0188

Outage alerts

Sign up to receive outage alerts directly to your phone via SMS/text or to your email through MyAccount. 

Electricity rates

Choose the electricity rate plan that best meets your energy and lifestyle needs: Time-of-Use, Tiered or Ultra-Low Overnight.
