The world has changed since COVID-19, and with it, the way we are working to communicate with our customers.
Starting in 2021 and until further notice, Hydro Ottawa is moving its open houses to a virtual platform. Ensuring that customers and staff remain safe as Ottawa reopens its doors, Hydro Ottawa will be holding its open houses via GoToWebinar. Each webinar will consist of an overview of planned work projects happening in specific areas within our service territory, and a question/answer period where Hydro Ottawa designers and staff will be able to further address the concerns of those impacted.
