Online Billing

Switch to online billing – it’s easy and convenient.

Why should I register for MyAccount online?

Online billing is convenient, easy to use, and completely secure – not to mention environmentally-friendly!

Once you sign up for MyAccount you will have online access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to your current bill as well as up to two years of past bills. After registration, you will no longer receive a paper bill by mail. Instead, you will receive an email when your online bill (E-Bill) is ready for viewing on your online account.

How do I register?

To sign up for online billing, you must have an online account.

Setting up an online account is easy – it just takes a few minutes. All you will need is a valid email address.

Once you’ve created an online account, you can register for online billing or by calling us at 613-738-6400 (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.).

Did you know you can choose what type of online bill notification you will receive?

You have two choices. If you select the standard notification, the email you receive when your bill is ready won’t contain any account information. The enhanced notification, on the other hand, includes your account number, address, current balance and due date. Make your choice when registering for online billing.

Where can I find my online bill (E-Bill)?

If you’re registered for online billing, you will receive an email when you’re bill is ready for viewing. It is available through your online account. Simply log in to MyAccount and click on ‘Billing’.

How do I pay my online bill?

Simplify your bill payment by signing up for one of our automated payment plans. You can also pay your online bill by credit card, or by telephone or online through your financial institution.

Please note: Your online bill cannot be printed and then used to make payment by mail, or in person at a financial institution. It does not include an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) line which is a payment processing requirement.
