Guests can now be invited to access an organization’s energy usage portal. Invited guests will receive an email with a link (example email below) asking them to register for the energy usage portal. Once registered, guests will receive a subsequent email with a link to the login page. For ease of access, Hydro Ottawa recommends that guests bookmark the energy usage portal login page.
