Starting the week of October 7, 2024, Hydro Ottawa is installing a new maintenance hole and duct bank structure on Scott Street between Clifton Road and Grange Avenue to meet the increased demand requirements due to planned development and growth in the Westboro area. This project has an estimated completion date of May 30, 2025. Overall, this work will include:
- electrical equipment infrastructure installation and upgrades;
- lane reductions and sidewalk closures at site;
- bicycle lane detours; and
- some evening and overnight work to minimize traffic disruptions.
