It’s the busiest time of the year and, like most of us, you have better things to do than spend hours in the kitchen cooking and baking (and let’s face it, probably crying) over a hot oven. Those Hallmark movies aren’t going to watch themselves!

We could all use a little less stress around the holidays. Meal prep can diminish your heart by three sizes, prompt you to push the tree up the chimney, and move to Mount Crumpit with the family dog. Who’s Who snacks and apps

  • Ingredients:
    • White chocolate chips
    • Crushed candy canes
    • Coconut oil
  • Instructions:
    • Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil.
    • Stir in crushed candy canes.
    • Spoon mixture into mini cupcake liners.
    • Chill until set.
  • Ingredients:
    • Rolled oats
    • Almond butter
    • Honey
    • Dried cranberries
    • Chopped nuts
  • Instructions:
    • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    • Form into small balls.
    • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Ingredients:
    • Dried cranberries
    • Shelled pistachios
    • Dates
    • Vanilla extract
    • Shredded coconut
  • Instructions:
    • Blend cranberries, pistachios, dates, and vanilla in a food processor.
    • Roll into balls and coat with shredded coconut.
    • Refrigerate before serving.

    • Almond butter
    • Molasses

    • Cinnamon
