A high-level process flow for EVSE connections is provided below.
To begin, please submit an EV Preliminary Consultation Information Request (EVPCIR). Hydro Ottawa will respond to your request within 15 calendar days from the date you submitted your request. You will receive a report that will outline Hydro Ottawa’s preliminary connection feasibility assessment for the proposed EVSE project.
