If you feel that your issue hasn’t been resolved, you can ask to speak with one of our supervisors. If our contact centre is experiencing increased call volumes, and a supervisor is not available, they will contact you within one business day.

Customer Liaison Office

The majority of customer concerns are resolved through our Customer Service Team. However, after connecting with a supervisor, if you feel that your issue has still not been resolved to your satisfaction you can request to have it escalated to our Customer Liaison Office by filling out the online form below.

The Customer Liaison Office will review your case in detail and communicate with you within five business days.

 

Filing a complaint with Hydro Ottawa
