Hydro Ottawa’s Customer Service team is here to help.
Whether it's an inquiry or complaint, your first contact should be with a Customer Service representative.
Our Customer Service team is trained to assist you with any concern you may have.
If you feel that your issue hasn’t been resolved, you can ask to speak with one of our supervisors. If our contact centre is experiencing increased call volumes, and a supervisor is not available, they will contact you within one business day.
Customer Liaison Office
The majority of customer concerns are resolved through our Customer Service Team. However, after connecting with a supervisor, if you feel that your issue has still not been resolved to your satisfaction you can request to have it escalated to our Customer Liaison Office by emailing [email protected].
When contacting the Customer Liaison Office, please make sure to include the following information:
- Full name, account number and phone number.
- Describe the situation and the reason for your complaint.
The Customer Liaison Office will review your case in detail and communicate with you within five business days.
