Yes, we make it easy to view, monitor and download your electricity consumption. We offer a variety of options which provide you with 24/7 access to your usage information.
MyAccount provides you access to a Usage dashboard which allows you to view, monitor and download your data hourly, daily, by billing period, or via a yearly view.
- Login or register to MyAccount; and
- Select Usage from the menu or “View more” in the Usage section of your dashboard.
You will then have the option to select your viewing interval preferences and date range. Once you have made your selections, you can download the data by selecting the download section (see below).
You can also access, download and share your energy usage data and account information in the secure, standardized Green ButtonⓇ format.

Commercial customers
Commercial customers can easily view, monitor, analyze and download electricity consumption data through the energy usage portal available through MyAccount (desktop and mobile).
- Login or register to MyAccount; and
- Select Usage from the menu or “View more” in the Usage section of your dashboard.
You will then have the option to select your viewing interval preferences and date range. Once you have made your selections, you can download the data by selecting the download icon (see below).
The energy usage portal offers more insight into your organization’s energy consumption, including enhanced data views along with a variety of metrics. Learn more about the commercial energy usage portal.
From the portal, account holders can invite guests (e.g. contractors, property managers, etc.) to access the same data views and metrics with their own guest login. You have the ability to determine which accounts they have access to and for how long that access is available. Click here to view the login page for guests.
If you would like to access the raw meter data for your organization, you can also download and share your energy usage data and account information in the secure, standardized Green ButtonⓇ format.
When you download your data, it will be in an industry-standard XML (Extensible Markup Language) format. Please note that XML files are designed to be read and analyzed by computer applications.
They can be shared with third-party developers who can help you get better insights into your consumption patterns.
